Some people collect cars.
I collect stories.
Long before The Boosters existed, I was simply a boy who could not walk past a car without turning his head.
Cars were never just machines to me. They were characters. They had attitude, history, scars, personality. Some were loud. Some were elegant. Some were completely irrational — and somehow those were the ones you remembered.
I grew up fascinated by that world. I went to exhibitions, followed races, photographed cars, created podcasts and spent countless hours trying to understand one simple question:
Why do some automotive experiences stay with you long after the engine is turned off?
That question eventually took me far beyond Lithuania.
I found myself working around Gran Turismo events and some of Europe's most iconic circuits — Nürburgring Nordschleife, Circuit Paul Ricard, Tor Poznań, MotorLand Aragón. I worked with cars, people, athletes, brands and events, and slowly began to see what separates an ordinary automotive gathering from something people genuinely remember.
It is not the number of cars.
It is not the size of the venue.
It is not even the horsepower.
It is the feeling.
That realization became the foundation of The Boosters.
We are not here just to put cars in a row.
The first The Boosters car show in Marijampolė was a starting point.
We brought together cars, creators, enthusiasts and people who simply wanted to experience something different. What happened next was bigger than an exhibition. For a moment, a city became a stage for automotive culture — and a group of strangers started talking like old friends.
That was the moment the idea became real.
The Boosters is built around a simple belief:
Cars are better when they bring people together.
Every car has a story.
Every owner has a reason.
Every build represents hundreds of decisions, mistakes, late nights, money, obsession and a ridiculous amount of passion.
We want to give those stories a place to be seen.
So we build experiences around them.
Sometimes that means a car show in the middle of a city.
Sometimes it means bringing together a handful of cars that you would normally only see on a screen.
Sometimes it means creating content that makes you stop scrolling.
And sometimes it means simply creating a place where people who speak the same language — even without saying a word — can meet.
Because at the end of the day, The Boosters was never really about cars.
It is about the people behind them.
The obsession.
The ambition.
The craftsmanship.
The stories.
And that feeling you get when something you’ve only seen in pictures suddenly appears in front of you, starts its engine, and drives past.
That is what we chase.
Not perfection.
The moment.
